ShopLC: DTC Home Shopping + E-commerce

The DTC ShopLC livestream TV broadcast and e-commerce channels feature jewelry and lifestyle products to over 200 million households in the US, Mexico and Canada. I was a senior creative producer who helped build the in-house video production studio and social media marketing team from the ground up to push new product launches, special events and direct response sales via broadcast commercials, branded social content, how-to videos and live stream shows.

Brand Relaunch

Our team lead the ShopLC brand name change across all video and social content. It was a pivotal time in the company, as the focus from jewelry products was expanding to home goods, clothing and accessories. I produced numerous live broadcasts, commercials (including this one) and social videos to propel the company through the change.

Push Towards Quality

Our team was tasked with up-leveling the content between the live auction show format to pull audiences in and win their loyalty on a shoe-string budget. This commercial was designed to talk to a broad range of consumers from various segments to demonstrate emotionally how jewelry can change lives. The brand lift and engagement from this highly played commercial made our competitors rush to try to imitate our push towards higher quality content, which was not the norm in home shopping.

 
 

Global Hotwire Series

Our team transformed the storytelling landscape of home shopping with a series that explored the cultural aspects of where the gemstones being sold on the Liquidation Channel were sourced from. I managed the studio that produced content with media teams flying around the globe to capture these insightful tales. The series included India, Mozambique, Thailand, Indonesia and more which played regularly to elevate the live auction TV gemstone shows - and to give the hosts quality content to talk about.
