TikTok For Good wants to inspire and encourage a new generation to have a positive impact on the planet and those around them. The ATTN: agency leads all content for the channel helping non-profit organizations grow their audience, activate supporters, and raise awareness around specific causes. Our team produced over 200 videos a year, multiple on-location livestreams including COP 27 in Egypt and numerous brand campaigns for companies such as Hilton Hotels and Ulta Beauty.

As a senior creative project manager for the TikTok For Good channel, I lead a team of in-house ATTN: content producers and an exciting line-up of global influencers across daily content videos, livestreams and content re-platforming on Instagram, Facebook and X. I managed the team by building workflows and project milestones on Asana and Smartsheets that improved collaborative efficiencies, communication, team engagement and massive follower growth on the TTFG channel.
